About the Neighborhood
The Coldstream neighborhood comprises about 1031 households nestled in Lexington County, near Irmo, South Carolina between Old Bush River Road, Coldstream Dr, and Nursery Road.  Our neighborhood is a nice, quiet, well established neighborhood with abundant well grown trees and well kept neighborhood.

Nursery Road Elementary SchoolRight near Coldstream neighborhood on Nursery Road is Nursery Road Elementary School.  Offering grades K-5, Academically Gifted Programs, Special Programs and After School Programs.  This is a District 5 School in the Lexington and Richland Counties.

Nearby on Bush River Road is Saluda Shoals Park, a riverfront park that offers great outdoors fun and education. The park is located on the Saluda River and offers kayak and canoe rentals. The park also offers many other recreational and cultural outlets. Saluda Shoals has a water park for hot South Carolina summers.  Trails Map

Club at Rawls CreekRunning throughout the neighborhood is The Club at Rawls Creek, an 18 hole Semi-Private golf course.  They also offer a Tennis & Swim Center, check out  www.golfrawlscreek.com for more information.

Irmo Okra Strut Coldstream is near the Town of Irmo which is the "Home of the Okra Strut' festival.  Last years festival was September 25-26, 2009.
